Poori/Luchi


Ingredients:
 1) All porpose flour/Maida/Whole Wheat Flour 2cup
 2) A pinch ofSuger 
 3) Salt half a tea spoon
 4) White oil/Ghee


Steps:

1) In a bowl put all porpose flour/maida/whole wheat flour add salt and a pinch of suger,mix it well.Heat some oil/ghee and mix it nicely.add lukewarm water and make a medium soft dough.
2) Wrap it with a wet paper towel or keep it in a container for 1 hour.
3) Divide the dough into small or medium pieces about 12-14. make into medium sized or slightly small balls.
4)Roll the dough evenly into circles which are neither too thin nor thick.Place it in a big plate.
5) Heat enough/ghee in a fry pan/deep pan.
when the oil is sufficiently hot, then drop a small dough ball into oil. if the dough ball rises steadily & briskly to the top, then the oil is sufficiently hot to fry the pooris.
6) Add one poori at a time,press it with a spatula  it will puff up soon.and serve it with any kind of curry you want.
