Ingredients :

  1. Black mustard seeds - 2tbsp
  2. Garlic cloves - 3 big
  3. Green chilies - 3 medium 
  4. Mustard oil - 3 tbsp
  5. Salt - 1/2 tbsp 
  6. Turmeric powder - a pinch of 


Steps:

  1. Soak mustard seeds in water for 2-3 hours.
  2. Now grind all together black mustard seeds +garlic cloves +green chilies.
  3. Keep it in a bowl and mix mustard oil +salt+ turmeric powder.
  4. It's ready now. Serve it with fish fry,vegetable chop or any kind of pakora or chop.
Tips:
    
   1. If you want you can add a small piece of green mango when grinding. Then it will be a light tangy taste (Aam Kasundi).
