Kasundi (Mustard sauce
Ingredients :
- Black mustard seeds - 2tbsp
- Garlic cloves - 3 big
- Green chilies - 3 medium
- Mustard oil - 3 tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - a pinch of
Steps:
- Soak mustard seeds in water for 2-3 hours.
- Now grind all together black mustard seeds +garlic cloves +green chilies.
- Keep it in a bowl and mix mustard oil +salt+ turmeric powder.
- It's ready now. Serve it with fish fry,vegetable chop or any kind of pakora or chop.
1. If you want you can add a small piece of green mango when grinding. Then it will be a light tangy taste (Aam Kasundi).
