Mocha Chingri Ghonto/Banana Flower with Shrimp


      Ingredients:

    1) Mocha (banana flower) 1 piece
    2) Shrimp 150 gm
    3) Cumin Powder 1/2 teaspoon
    4) Red Chilli powder 1/2  teaspoon or you can use green chilli  as well
    5) Garam Masala Powder 1/2 teaspoon
    6) Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
    7) Ghee 2 tbsp
    8) Suger as per taste
    9) Salt as per taste
  10) Bay leaf 1 
  11) Mustard oil/whatever oil you like
  12) Potato 1 small



 Steps:
    

      1) Remove the red brown brackets, separating the florets. Then from each floret, removing the pistil and the scale. 
After separating the florets and cleaning them, chop the florets.Now wash it and boil it in a pressure cooker for 2-3 whistle.
     2) Drain the all extra water.In a pan/kadahi put mustard oil add bay leaf after sometimes add the boiled mocha/banana flowers.
    3) Add cumin powder+red chilli powder stir it for 10 minutes. Then cover it for another 15 minutes.
    4) Other side wash the shrimps add some turmeric powder and salt and fry it till golde n brown.
    5) Peel the potato cut into squre small pieces,wash it add little turmeric and salt and fry it till golden brown.
    5) Now open the lid and mix that fried shrimps and fried potato, stir it.Add garam masala powder+salt+suger+ghee stir it for few minutes when it will be brown in colour off your gas and serve with plain rice.
