Kulcha 

Ingredients :

  1. All purpose flour/ Maida -2 cups and 1/2 cup for rolling 
  2. Baking powder -  1/2 tbsp 
  3. Baking soda -1/2 tbsp 
  4. Salt - 1/2 tbsp 
  5. Suger - 1/2 tbsp 
  6. Curd - 3 tbsp 
  7. Milk - 4 tbsp 
  8. *Luke warm water - optional 
  9. White Oil- 100 gm
  10. Chopped Coriander leaves - 1 /2 cup 
  11. Kalonji / kalajeera - 2 tbsp 
  12. Butter(optional) - 2 tbsp 


Steps :

  1. Mix all purpose flour/ Maida + baking powder +baking soda +salt +sugar +white oil (2 tbsp) + curd+milk and make a soft dough.*you  can add luke warm water if you need for making dough.Rest it for 4-5 hours.
  2. Now separate balls from the dough and roll it in round shape with some all purpose flour.
  3. Heat a pan put few drops of oil after heating add the rolled kulcha and fry one side for 1 minute(On the top brush water and place some chopped Coriander leaves +few Kalonji seeds/ kalajeera)now turn the other side and just keep it for 1 minute more.
  4. Now it's ready, brush little bit of butter(optional)serve it with chole/chicken curry /mutton curry/any kind of gravy or curry you want.
