Chilli Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. Boneless chicken small pieces - 500gm
  2. Egg - 1
  3. Garlic Paste - 1/2 tbsp
  4. Corn flour - 2-3 tbsp
  5. Soy Sauce -  1 tbsp
  6. Vinegar - 1tsp
  7. Ajinomoto - 1/2 tsp
  8. Tomato ketchup - 1 cup
  9. Green Chili sauce - 1/2 cup
  10. Red chili powder - 1tsp
  11. Onion cubes - 1 medium
  12. Green pepper/capsicum cubes - 1 medium
  13. Crushed garlic - 2 cubes
  14. Chopped green chilies - 5-6
  15. Salt - as per taste
  16. White oil - 200 gm

Steps:


  1. Wash the chicken and marinate with egg + garlic paste + salt + soy sauce + vinegar + corn flour and rest it for 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil and deep fry the chickens until golden brown.
  3. In a big bowl add tomato ketchup + green chili sauce + red chili powder + vinegar + ajinomoto + soy sauce + salt.
  4. Put oil in a pan. After heating add crushed garlic stir it for 2-3 minutes . Now add chopped green chilies + onion cubes + green pepper cubes fri it for 5-7 minutes. Now add the sauce mixture in it. Cook it for few minutes. Then add the fried chickens. Mix it well. Cook it for another 5-7 minutes.
  5. Now its ready to serve. Serve it hakka noodles/fried rice.
