Bhuna Chicken Curry

Ingredients :

  1. Chicken - 500 gm
  2. Garlic cloves - 8 piece
  3. Red dry chili  - 9 piece
  4. Curd - 2 tbsp
  5. Cumin + coriander powder dry roast - 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Garam masala powder - 1tsp
  8. Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  9. Mustard oil - 5 tbsp

Steps:


  1. Make a fine paste with garlic + red dry chili. Pour the paste in a bowl. Add turmeric powder + garam masala powder + salt. Mix it well and keep aside.
  2. Wash the chicken make it dry. 
  3. Now mix the chicken with that mixture and keep it in refrigerate for 2-3 hours.   
  4. Put oil in a pan/kadahi. When the oil will be heat add the chicken pieces(don’t add the extra mixture).Fry it in slow flame for few minutes . When it will be golden in color add the extra marination + dry roast cumin coriander powder.Cook it for 15 minutes with lid.
  5. When the masala gets dried completely add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
  6. Serve it with with roti/chapati/rice.
