Bhuna Chicken Curry
Ingredients :
- Chicken - 500 gm
- Garlic cloves - 8 piece
- Red dry chili - 9 piece
- Curd - 2 tbsp
- Cumin + coriander powder dry roast - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1tsp
- Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
- Mustard oil - 5 tbsp
Steps:
- Make a fine paste with garlic + red dry chili. Pour the paste in a bowl. Add turmeric powder + garam masala powder + salt. Mix it well and keep aside.
- Wash the chicken make it dry.
- Now mix the chicken with that mixture and keep it in refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Put oil in a pan/kadahi. When the oil will be heat add the chicken pieces(don’t add the extra mixture).Fry it in slow flame for few minutes . When it will be golden in color add the extra marination + dry roast cumin coriander powder.Cook it for 15 minutes with lid.
- When the masala gets dried completely add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
- Serve it with with roti/chapati/rice.
