Ingredients:
- Mint Leaves/Pudina patta - 1 cup
- Coriander Leaves/Dhania pasta - 2 cups
- Garlic cloves - 3
- Ginger - 1/2 inch
- Cumin(Jeera) powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - as per taste
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Tamarind pulp - 2 tsp
- Lime juice - 1 tsp
- Curd - 2 tsp
Steps:
- Grind all mint leaves + coriander leaves + garlic + ginger + cumin with a bit of water and make a fine paste.
- Pour the mixture in a bowl, add salt + sugar + tamarind pulp + lime juice + curd and mix it well.
- Now you can serve it with any kind of pakora’s or kebab.
