Mint Chutney


Ingredients: 

  1. Mint Leaves/Pudina patta - 1 cup
  2. Coriander Leaves/Dhania pasta - 2 cups
  3. Garlic cloves - 3
  4. Ginger - 1/2 inch
  5. Cumin(Jeera) powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt - as per taste 
  7. Sugar - 1 tsp
  8. Tamarind pulp - 2 tsp
  9. Lime juice - 1 tsp
  10. Curd - 2 tsp
Steps:

  1. Grind all mint leaves + coriander leaves + garlic + ginger + cumin with a bit of water and make a fine paste.
  2. Pour the mixture in a bowl, add salt + sugar + tamarind pulp + lime juice + curd and mix it well.
  3. Now you can serve it with any kind of pakora’s or kebab. 

*You can store it for long time. Keep it in a air tight container and store it in refrigerator.
