Ingedients:
1) Chicken Legs - 6 pieces
2) Curd - 2 tbsp
3) Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder -1tbsp
4) Red Hot chilli powder -1tbsp
5) Cumin Powder- 1/2 tbsp
6) Coriander Powder - 1/2 tbsp
7) Garam Masala Powder -1/2 tbsp
8) Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tbsp

9) Ginger Garlic Paste - 1.5 tbsp
10) Kasuri Methi -1/2 tsp
11) Salt as per taste
12) Mustard Oi/White Oil - 2 tbsp

Steps:
1) Remove skin from chicken pieces, and cut slits into them lengthwise. Place in a shallow dish.
2) In a bowl mix all dry masala like kashmiri red chili powder + red hot chili powder + cumin powder +coriander powder + garam masala powder + turmeric powder+ kasuri methi. Begin by combining the spices in a small pan. Toast for a few minutes until the spices are fragrant.Switch off the flame and keep it aside.
3) Combine the toasted spices + ginger garlic paste + curd + lime juice(2tbsp) in a blender. Pulse until smooth.
4) Then with a sharp knife make slashes in the drumsticks.Place it in a large bowl and pour the marinade + oil + salt. Mix it well. Rest it for at least 3 hrs.

5)Preheat oven in 450 degree for 20 minutes.cook chicken for 35-45
minutes.Add lime juice + chat masala over in it and serve.
* For RESTAURANT style smokey flavour roast both side(after fully cook the chicken) on direct flame with using a roti net for 2-4 minutes.
