Coriander/Dhania Chicken
1) Chicken 500 gm
2) Curd 2 tbsp
3) Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
4) Coriander leaves 1cup
5) Tomato 1 medium
6) Coriander Seeds half a tea spoon
7) Fenugreek Seeds half a tea spoon
8) Black Pepper whole half a tea spoon
9) Green chilis
10) Onion 1 medium
11) White oil
12) Salt as per taste
13) Garam masala powder half a tea spoon
14)Coriander powder Half a tea spoon
Steps:
1) Wash the chicken and marinate with curd+ginger garlic paste +1 tbsp oil and keep it in fridge for 1 hour.
2) Make tomato paste with one medium tomato.
3) Make a paste with coriander leaves+green chilis,keep aside.
4) In a pan put some oil after heating it put coriander seeds+fenugreek seeds+whole black pepper.Then add chopped onion and stir it until golden brown.Add marinated chicken put coriander powder+garam masala powder and cook it for 15 minutes.After that put tomato paste and stir it for few minutes.Now put the coriander and green chili paste and cook it well.
5) Then it will be ready to serve.Serve it with roti/paratha/jeera rice.
