Chole Bhature


Ingredients:
1)All purpose flour/Maida (2cup)
2)Salt (less than half tea spoon)
3)Sugar (half te spoon)
4)Baking powder (less than half a teaspoon)
5)Suji/Semolina (quarter cup)
6)Butter milk (3/4 cup)
7)White oil


Steps:
1)In a bowl add all purpose floor/maida+suji/semolina+salt+ sugar+baking powder,mix it well then add butter milk and make a tighter dough. (You can add milk/water to make rest of the dough)
2)Put some oil and sprinkle on the top of the dough and mix it one more time.then cover it and rest it for 2 hours.
3)After that make a medium dumpling and apply little bit of oil and roll it in all directions.
4)Take a pan add enough white oil and make sure it hot,and just drop it into the oil.Press it with the spoon(it will makes the bubble and your bhature will looks like a balloon)
5)Then it will be ready to serve. Serve it with Kabuli Chana Masala/Chole Masala/
