Oven Baked Salmon and Asparagus with Creamy Hollandaise Sauce
Ingredients:
- Salmon fish - 2 pc
- Lemon pepper garnish - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Lime juice - 1tbsp
- Sliced lime/lemon - 4 pc
- Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp
- Salt - as per taste
- Asparagus - 10-15
- Extra virgin olive oil - 2tbsp
- For Holandise Sauce you can use any readymade holandise Sauce mix.
Steps:
- Marinate salmon with lemon pepper garnish + black pepper powder + lime juice + ginger garlic paste + extra virgin olive oil + salt and rest it in refrigerate for 2-3 hrs.
- Snap off the dry ends of the asparagus. Snap off the woody ends of the asparagus and discard.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Spread the asparagus in a single layer on a baking pan and drizzle lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle some lemon pepper garnish + black pepper powder + salt.
- Place salmon fillets, skin side down over the asparagus, on prepared baking pan. Put the sliced lime/lemon on the top.
- Preheat the oven in 350° F. Bake salmon for 20-15 minutes.
- Another side prepare the hollandaise sauce as per instruction.
- Now serve this baked salmon and asparagus with hollandaise sauce and enjoy.
