Oven Baked Salmon and Asparagus with Creamy Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients: 

  1. Salmon fish - 2 pc
  2. Lemon pepper garnish - 1 tbsp
  3. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp
  4. Lime juice - 1tbsp
  5. Sliced lime/lemon - 4 pc
  6. Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp
  7. Salt - as per taste 
  8. Asparagus - 10-15
  9. Extra virgin olive oil - 2tbsp
  10. For Holandise Sauce you can use any readymade holandise Sauce mix.


Steps: 

  1. Marinate salmon with lemon pepper garnish + black pepper powder + lime juice + ginger garlic paste + extra virgin olive oil + salt and rest it in refrigerate for 2-3 hrs. 
  2. Snap off the dry ends of the asparagus. Snap off the woody ends of the asparagus and discard.
  3. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Spread the asparagus in a single layer on a baking pan and drizzle lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle some lemon pepper garnish + black pepper powder + salt.
  4. Place salmon fillets, skin side down over the asparagus, on prepared baking pan. Put the sliced lime/lemon on the top.
  5. Preheat the oven in 350° F. Bake salmon for 20-15 minutes.
  6. Another side prepare the hollandaise sauce as per instruction.
  7. Now serve this baked salmon and asparagus with hollandaise sauce and enjoy.
