Naan Bread

   Ingredients:

      1) All purpose flour - 300gm
      2) Yeast - 1/2 tea spoon *(you can skip it if you want)
      3) Baking powder - 1/2 tea spoon
      4) Curd - 2tbsp
      5) Luke warm water as per needed
      6) Salt - 1/2 tbsp
      7) Suger - 1/2 tbsp
      8) White oil - 2tbsp
   


         Steps:
     
         1) All purpose flour+yeast+baking powder+curd+salt+suger+oil+luke warm water mix together and make dough (not too soft or hard). Rest it for 2 hours.
         2) Preheat oven in maximum temp.
         3) Make six individual balls from the dough and roll it in triangle/oval shape with little amount of all purpose flour.
         4) Now place it in a baking tray and bake it for 2-3 minutes.Apply some oil in upper side and bake another side for maximum 30 seconds.Remember place your baking tray nearest sourse of heat.
        5) Now it will be ready,apply some butter in it (if you like) and serve it with any kind of chicken/muttom curry or anything veg curry.
