Barbecue Chicken
Ingredients:
1) Boneless Snikless Chicken Thighs 400 gm
2) Ginger powder 1 tea spoon
3) Garlic Powder 1 tea spoon
4) Barbecue sauce 2 tbsp
5) Hot sauce 3 tbsp
6) Soya sauce few drops
7) White vinegar 1tbsp
8) Salt as per taste
9) White oil 1 tbsp
Steps:
1) Wash the chicken and cut into small pieces and marinate with Ginger powder +Garlic powder+Barbecue sauce(1tbsp)
+Hot sauce(2tbsp)+Soya sauce+White Vinegar+Salt+White oil.Now keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2) On your oven top flame and placed grill basket on it.
3) Now the marinated chicken pieces thread into skewers and grill the chicken for 10 minutes each side on high flame. After that keep it in low flame for another 10 minutes.
4) Put 1tbsp hot sauce+1tbsp barbecue sauce on it and nowthis is absolutely ready to eat.
